On May 12, 2022, NWKT partner Bains Fleming presented at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2022 Professional Liability Roundtable as a part of the Medical Liability track. The panel included attorneys and jury consultants. The panel discussed the Defense of Healthcare Providers in a Post-Covid World.
The Medical Liability track was a part for the IADC’s 2022 Professional Liability Roundtable and was held in Chicago for an audience of enthusiastic and engaged participants.
