Congratulations to NWKT partner, Bains Fleming, who was recently installed as the new President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA). With more than 1,000 members, the ADLA brings together lawyers of Alabama who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the handling of civil defense cases.
