NWKT partner, Bains Fleming, recently contributed to the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Daubert online publication. The article examines two recent opinions from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. These cases involve the Court’s analysis of expert qualifications and admission under the standard set forth by the United States Supreme Court in the landmark decision Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, 509 U.S. 579 (1993). Mr. Fleming has served has the 11th Circuit editor for Daubert Online since 2008.
