It is with great excitement that NWKT announces that partner, Bains Fleming, has begun a mediation practice!
For the last 14 years, Bains has litigated and tried almost every type of case throughout State and Federal courts in Alabama. He has tried cases ranging from small property damage claims to complex medical malpractice, product liability, and business disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, Bains has participated in numerous mediations on behalf of clients, and, as a result, gained further insight into what makes mediation successful for the parties involved. These experiences give him a unique understanding of how to cost-effectively reach resolutions that benefit all parties.
The recent coronavirus pandemic shifted how many of us practice law, the cases we are involved in, and the needs of our clients and decision-makers. These changes also impact the way we resolve disputes and what each of us looks for in a mediator. Should the need arise, we hope Bains will provide parties in mediation the benefit of my experience, as well as a fresh approach to the mediation process, logistics, and expenses.
