NWKT partner, Bains Fleming, has been named the President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA). With more than 1,000 members, the ADLA brings together lawyers of Alabama who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the handling of civil defense cases.
